The 3 best bookmakers to bet with

The two most successful teams in the history of the IPL are going to play each other for the first time this season and cricket fans across India are looking forward to this match. The Mumbai Indians (MI) got back to winning ways in their last match, while the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are showing their best form and winning constantly. Although it is still early days, the winners of this match will be seen as favourites to lift the title.

This is our IPL prediction of who we think will go on to win the 27th match of the 2021 IPL.

IPL Team Preview: Mumbai Indians

The MI decided to drop Ishan Kishan from their last game versus the Rajasthan Royals and replaced him with Nathan Coulter Nile. We thought this was a bit of a strange move as it made the team unbalanced.

Yes, Krunal Pandya was pushed up the order and played a nice attacking innings, but this is something that the MI should not get into the habit of doing. We feel that Jayant Yadav will be dropped for this game and Kishan will be added back to the team. South Africa's Quinton de Kock played a sublime innings of 70* and helped see his side home. We feel that he is going to play a big role in this match as well.

Rohit Sharma has not shown his best yet, while Suryakumar Yadav just seems to always get out just as he is about to get going. Both of them must get better if the MI are going to improve their batting department. The all-round abilities of Hardik Pandya, Kieron Pollard, and Krunal Pandya is a big asset, but there is definitely room in their team for another genuine batsman. If one of these were to drop out, it would probably be Yadav.

The MI have one of the best bowling attacks in the tournament with the likes of Trent Boult and Jasprit Bumrah being very hard to get away at the death, while Rahul Chahr just happens to be one the IPL's leading wicket-takers this season.

IPL Team Preview: Chennai Super Kings

It really has been a blessing to see the aggressive cricket being played by the CSK. These are the same players that struggled last season, but they have decided to take a new approach and have upped their game.

Rutraj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis are in excellent form with the bat - the MI bowlers will test them with the new ball, but if they can survive the first five overs, they will have set up a lovely platform for their teammates to improve. Moeen Ali will always be a threat at number 3, while the likes of Ravi Jadeja, MS Dhoni, and Suresh Raina are all very talented batsmen. However, Dhoni and Raina have been inconsistent this season, and some early wickets from the MI could really hurt CSK.

The CSK bowling attack is not the best. Yes, Deepak Chahar has been very good with the new ball in hand, but when the ball stops swinging after an over or two, he can be expensive. They have kept faith with Shardul Thakur, but surely his time is running out as he has been pretty expensive in all the matches he has played. Ali, Jadeja, and Lungi Ngida are the bowlers that make up the rest of their attack, and they can go for runs.

Toss Prediction

Whoever wins the toss will want to bat second so that they can take advantage of the dew that falls as the sun sets. When the ball is wet, the spinners will struggle to grip the ball properly, and this is when the batsmen can prosper. Before you bet on this match, you should wait to see who wins the toss.

Pitch and Conditions

There is a tiny possibility that it will rain during the game, but hopefully it will not be enough to cause a delay. The pitch is given plenty of water to make sure that it does not spin excessively, which is an advantage for the batsmen. The team that bats first in this match will be looking for a score that is around the 180 mark.

Our Mumbai Indians v Chennai Super Kings IPL Betting Tips

This is a tricky one to predict, but we are going to go for a Mumbai Indians win. The reason we have gone for this outcome is because the Chennai Super Kings, despite being in better form, have weaknesses in their lineup that can be exploited, and their bowlers are not as good as the ones that the MI have.
